So how does it benefit property investors?
Our Compliance Program gives property investors moral and financial peace of mind in knowing their investments are routinely tested, repaired and recorded for safety compliance to curtail fire, injury or even death. These checks are performed in a no-fuss manner by licensed technicians, meaning they are all legally compliant and binding.

By implementing such a program, property agents are able to show duty of care if liability or insurance claims arise in the future.

The statistics speak for themselves… 
Over 60 percent of leased properties in Victoria do not comply with current Australian wiring rules, according to the REIV. Energy Safe Victoria reported around 400 people in the year 2014-2015 suffered non-serious and also serious injuries (admitted to hospital) due to electricity fault or misuse.

The REIV states that inspections of electrical, plumbing, gas fixtures and fittings, smoke alarms and even swimming safety barriers should be carried out periodically by those qualified under REIV requirements. Property managers are NOT qualified to complete such regulatory inspections.
